Help for Ki Suite customers.
Ki Suite opens only with a one-time organisation code that KAAI gives to its business customers. If you are a customer and have not received one, write to [email protected].
In the app open Settings and choose Leave organisation. This removes your phone from the organisation at once.
Open the connections screen in the app and disconnect the account. The stored access token is deleted at once.
Write to [email protected] and we erase your organisation’s records within 30 days.
