What the app handles, where it lives, and how to delete it.
KAAI. Ki Suite is a window onto the suite a client bought from us.
| Data | Why | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|
| Organisation name, suites, items waiting for approval | To show you what to approve | KAAI’s relay |
| Your decisions (approve / change / reject) and your note | To tell your suite what you decided | The relay, then your suite |
| Device name you give, a random device token, a push token | To keep you signed in and wake the app | The relay; the token also in the phone Keychain |
| What you type or say to Ki, and Ki’s answer | To let your Ki do shop work you ask for, or pass a development request to KAAI’s studio when you tap Send | The relay, then your Ki on KAAI’s machines; the answer is also kept on your phone |
| Facebook / Instagram access tokens (only if you connect an account) | To post what you approved, at the time you approved it | The relay, encrypted, never returned to the app |
This data is linked to your organisation or device and used only to run the app. No advertising, no tracking, no analytics, no data sold.
Apple (push wake-ups that carry no content); Meta’s networks, only if you connect them, to publish your approved posts; and the AI model provider KAAI uses to run your Ki — the words of a request you send to Ki are processed by that provider to produce the answer, under KAAI’s agreement with it, and are not used to advertise to you.
What you type or say goes to your Ki on KAAI’s machines through the relay. Ki changes nothing in your shop or app without your yes. Speech is turned into text on your phone; no audio is sent. Requests outside your shop go to KAAI’s studio only when you tap Send.
A post goes out only after your approval, at the approved time, from the accounts you connected. Disconnecting an account deletes its token at once.
Not for children; a business tool.
