These terms govern KAAI’s own software and its use of connected platform APIs. Last updated 2 October 2026.
KAAI’s systems, including KAAI Machina, are private software operated by KAAI. They are not sold, licensed, or made available to the public, and there is no registration for third parties.
Our software acts only on accounts KAAI owns and has explicitly authorised through each platform’s official authorisation flow. Authorisation may be withdrawn at any time from the platform’s own settings, which immediately ends our software’s access.
KAAI is responsible for the footage, music and text it publishes. Material is used under the licences KAAI holds, and our systems record the applicable licence alongside every published video.
KAAI’s software, studio and services may not be used to create, upload, edit, generate, store, publish or distribute any of the following, by KAAI or by anyone working with us:
You must be at least 18 years old to use KAAI’s services or to work with us as a client or creator. We do not knowingly provide services to anyone under 18, and an account found to belong to a minor is closed.
We may refuse, remove or stop processing any content that breaks these terms, suspend or permanently close the account involved, withhold payouts connected to it, and report it to the platforms concerned and to law enforcement where the law requires or allows.
Use of any platform API is subject to that platform’s own terms and developer policies, which take precedence over this document wherever they differ.
The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
